Yes. The free plan covers up to 8 children and 3 staff members with no time limit, and the Starter plan includes 21 children and 8 staff. There is nothing to install and setup is short.

Yes. You invite your team by email or with a shareable link and give each person a role: director, administrator, educator or accountant. Everyone works in the same nursery at the same time, and each role only sees what it needs.

Yes. The Standard plan includes 2 sites and the Pro plan 3; Enterprise covers larger networks. Children and staff are counted across all your sites under one subscription, and someone who works in two sites counts once.

Clever Nursery is a web app that works on any phone, tablet or computer, with a layout designed for phones in the classroom. You can add it to your phone's home screen. There is no separate app to download from an app store.

Parents are always free and never count toward your plan. Today your team records the information families need, such as daily care entries shared with the family. A dedicated parent portal, where parents see their own children's day, is planned.

Family billing (invoices, payments with numbered receipts, balances and reminders) and expense tracking are in development and not available yet. Clever Nursery's other modules, such as attendance, daily care, children's records, admissions and staff, are available today.

Yes. The whole app is available in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout, as well as in French and English. Each person can use the language they prefer.

Yes. French is fully supported across the app, along with Arabic and English.

Yes. Clever Nursery is built in Algeria and used anywhere: prices are available in US dollars with card payment, and each nursery sets its own country, currency, timezone, working days and holidays.

There is something simpler: a free plan with no time limit, for up to 8 children and 3 staff members, with no card needed. You can use it as long as you like and upgrade when you need more.

Create an account, enter your nursery's essentials (name, country, language, currency, timezone), then import your children and families from Excel or CSV, or add them by hand. Invite your team with the right role, and you can take your first roll call.

Yes. You can import children, families, staff, classrooms and more from CSV (all plans) or Excel (paid plans), with column mapping in three languages, a preview, duplicate detection and the option to undo an import.

Yes. Every list can be exported (CSV on all plans, Excel on paid plans), and the director can download a full backup of the nursery as a ZIP file at any time.

There is a free plan. Paid plans start at DZD 2,900 or $29 per month (Starter), then DZD 5,900 or $59 (Standard) and DZD 12,900 or $129 (Pro). Paying yearly counts 10 months instead of 12. Enterprise is priced on request.

On paid plans you are never blocked: each extra child costs DZD 100 ($1) per month and each extra staff member DZD 200 ($2). When extras cost as much as the next plan, the app suggests upgrading. On the free plan, the limits are fixed.

No. Clever Nursery never deletes or locks your data because of a plan limit. On the free plan, adding a child or staff member beyond the limit requires an upgrade.

Yes. If you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan. You can export your data or download a backup at any time.

In Algeria, in dinars: CIB or Edahabia card through Chargily, or BaridiMob, CCP or bank transfer with the receipt uploaded and confirmed by our team. Internationally, in dollars: recurring card payment through Stripe.

Prices in dinars and in dollars are set separately for each market, not converted from one another. French and Arabic pages show dinars first and English pages dollars first; you can switch.

Access is based on roles and enforced by the server: educators see only their classrooms, accountants never see health data, a family never receives another child's photo without consent, and a guardian without custody receives nothing. Each nursery's data is isolated from all others, and accounts can use two-factor authentication or passkeys.

Clever Nursery runs on a server operated by our team, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. We will publish the hosting provider and location on the security page once they are confirmed in writing. Enterprise customers can request a specific data residency.
